Refund policy.

Paid plans are not on sale yet, so nobody has been charged. This is the policy that will apply once they are.
Cancel any time
You can cancel a subscription at any time. It stays active until the end of the billing period you have paid for, and you are not charged again after that.
No refund for a period already paid
We do not refund a billing period that has already been paid, including when you cancel partway through it. Usage blocks bought above the included analyses are not refunded either, including analyses left unused in a block.
Charged in error
If a charge was a mistake, such as a duplicate charge or an error on our side, we refund it in full.
Where the law gives you more
If the law where you live gives you a right to cancel and get your money back, such as a withdrawal period for consumers, that right applies and this policy does not take it away. Paddle sells the subscription as the merchant of record, handles refund requests, and can also refund under its own refund policy.
